Thank you Jason for being a loyal customer of Ultimate Dumpsters. Jason ordered a 30 yard roll off to be delivered in Surprise, Arizona. He paid $572.25, he had 3 tons of waste included which equates to 6000 pounds. On January 23rd, Jason was ready for final pickup. There were no rental fees as his 7 rental included all the time he needed. Jason had a few specific requests, regarding us not damaging any of the property and driveway. We offered him both options, to leave in the street or to place in the driveway, but he left out wood for our driver to place the container on to make sure no damage would be done. Throughout the process, our customer service team helped Jason will all customer service responses and requests. We have our team check our customer portal throughout the day to make sure we respond promptly. Estimated time of delivery, texts for pickup, as well as choosing the best spot for his dumpster rental. We appreciate Jason, and thank him for being a customer of Ultimate Dumpsters!
